Responsible for controlling and supervising the daily operations of the practice.
FRONT DESK / RECEPTION - Cathi & Linda - EMAIL
Responsible for retrieving messages from answering service, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, greeting and checking patients in for office appointments.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT - Natalia & Philip - EMAIL
Responsible for obtaining and documenting patient vital signs, chief complaints, escorting patients to the exam room, and assist the surgeons with minor office procedures.
INSURANCE SPECIALISTS - Heather, Ryan & Karla - EMAIL
Responsible for checking patient benefits, requesting and obtaining pre-certification for procedures, and scheduling surgeries.
BAND ADJUSTMENT SCHEDULING - Pat - EMAIL
Responsible for checking patient benefits, requesting and obtaining pre-certification, and scheduling band adjustments.
BILLING DEPARTMENT - Sammy - EMAIL
Responsible for billing and collecting balances on outstanding claims.
NURSE PRACTITIONER - Carmen - EMAIL
Responsible for educating patients, pre and post operatively, reviewing lab and test results, review and triage patient complaints, prescribing necessary medications, vitamins, and testing under direct supervision from the surgeons.

Responsible for coordinating clinical trials under direct supervision from the surgeon.
